Main Responsibilities
- Deal with any property maintenance and repair issues
- Respond to tenant regarding any property issues
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for scheduled works
- Ensure all contractors invoices are checked and communicated to Client Account team
- Check and preparing properties for new tenancies
- Arrange Inventory Check-in and Check-out
- Ensure council tax and all utilities are switched over and up to date with payments
- Carry out property inspections including (pre-tenancy, mid-term and end-of-tenancy)
- Manage tenant check out process and deposit return
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure a clear communication with other teams within the letting’s department
- Ensure a professional approach to tenants, customers and clients at all times
- Carry out general administration duties
- Ensure all data are stored according to the company’s standard
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
Skills required:
- Ideally be ARLA licensed/achieved the NFOPP Technical Award
- A minimum two years experience in residential lettings industry
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MAC systems
- Ability to work well within a team and on their own
- High level of attention to detail
- Confident in dealing with clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Property Management: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
