Job description
Accounts Assistant
Reporting directly to the Company Accountant, the role is critical to the smooth running of the business.
Vacancy description
An outline of duties will include the following but is not exhaustive:
Managing the purchase ledger – matching invoice to GRN/PO, inputting invoices, reconciling supplier statements.
Managing sales ledger – uploading sales invoices to sage accounts, posting ad hoc invoices, send statements to customers.
Payroll – process weekly payroll (not essential)
HR – processing holidays, keeping records of attendance
Cover purchase admin when necessary
