About us
Luxury Coastal represents 100s of stunning holiday homes of all types across the South West. We’re proudly independent and we try hard every day to offer the kind of service guests and owners really want, the same things we want when we book a holiday - honesty, fairness and personal attention.
We use our experience to do things better, share the good stuff, and try to put back into the communities we make our living from. The business is constantly changing, however, our values have stayed the same, because we always wanted a business where we could just be ourselves.
We believe kindness is an asset. Cooperation makes good things happen. As a company, we treat everyone – our team and our customers – with respect and consideration.
Our office is fun and relaxed, a place to share knowledge and learn from each other. Last year, we were proud to win two awards at the Best Workplaces in Travel for Best Micro Company, as well as Best Workplaces in Travel for purpose. We are a Living Wage Foundation-accredited business and have signed up for the Devon NHS Mindful Employer charter. This year we are delighted to have become a BCorp‑accredited company which reflects our commitment to a global community where businesses drive meaningful, positive change as a force for good.
