Location: Field Based (Regional Territory) – normally within 90 minutes of your home
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
Holiday: 28 Days Including Bank Holidays
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus + Company Car

- Year 1 OTE: £46,060 - £50,060
- Year 2 OTE: £61,120 - £65,120
- Year 3 OTE: £78,200 - £82,200

About Car Call
Car Call is a leading UK non-fault accident management provider, helping accident repair centres, dealerships, brokers and other automotive partners maximise opportunities when their customers are involved in non-fault road traffic accidents.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Business Development & Account Manager to develop and manage partnerships across a designated region.
The Role
This is a field-based role focused on growing Car Call's presence within accident repair centres, vehicle dealerships and selected insurance broker partners.
The majority of your time will be spent developing relationships with accident repair centres, helping them identify and maximise non-fault referral opportunities for their customers.
You'll be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, onboarding new accounts, training partners to maximise referral opportunities and providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within accident repair centres, dealerships and insurance brokers.
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective partners.
- Deliver onboarding and training programmes for new and existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers and operational teams.
- Support partners in identifying and maximising non-fault accident referral opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and implement growth plans where required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities through CRM systems.
- Represent Car Call professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong sales ability with exceptional relationship management skills.

- Business Development or Field Sales
- Client/Customer Relations within another industry
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing and developing business relationships.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to track and analyse data.
- A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years, with no more than six penalty points.
