Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants
- Assist in the negotiation of tenancy agreements and lease terms
- Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth lettings processes
- Manage administrative tasks such as updating property listings, preparing marketing details
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties through various channels
- Organise appointments and coordinate schedules efficiently to maximise viewing opportunities
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
