Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, Balayage, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Offer specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and attentive service.
- Upsell products and additional treatments to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise in store management practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and industry developments to provide innovative styling options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a comprehensive portfolio of work.
- Skills in barbering, colour correction, and advanced colouring and styling techniques.
- Knowledge of store management procedures is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
