We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Manager – International & Fulfilment to support two of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of our business. This is a highly visible business partnering role where you will work closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders, helping drive profitability, improve financial performance and support strategic growth initiatives.
You will join at a pivotal time as our International business continues its impressive growth journey and our Fulfilment operation expands through new customer wins, site developments and operational change. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to combine commercial finance, financial control, stakeholder management and team leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What you will do:
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across International, Fulfilment and Commercial teams to drive performance and deliver value
- Produce weekly and monthly forecasts covering volume, revenue, costs and contribution
- Lead budgeting and reforecasting activities for your business areas
- Deliver insightful reporting, analysis and performance storytelling to support strategic decision-making
- Provide robust challenge and financial scrutiny to ensure plans and investments deliver expected returns
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, cash performance and operational effectiveness
- Support commercial teams with pricing, customer profitability and business case analysis
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, controls and data quality
- Ensure spend approval governance and financial compliance are embedded across the function
- Lead meaningful performance reviews with clear actions, accountability and follow-through
- Develop strong relationships across operational, commercial and finance teams
- Lead and develop a small finance team, supporting coaching and professional development
What we are looking for:
- Chartered Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Strong Finance Manager or Finance Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment
- Experience balancing commercial finance with strong financial control and governance
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and support senior stakeholders
- Experience producing and managing budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insight
- Demonstrable experience delivering business improvement, process enhancement or performance change
- Previous line management experience or clear evidence of coaching and developing others
- Flexible, resilient and comfortable operating in a changing environment with multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
