Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour | Up to £30,160 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days | 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round-Not suitable for term-time requests
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely nursery team in Reading, Berkshire.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and early years education
- Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
- Work as part of a committed and collaborative team
- Share children’s progress with families and celebrate achievements
- Follow EYFS framework in all practice
About You
- Minimum Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and creative in supporting children’s learning
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Eligible to work in the UK
