Sales Advisor
This is an on-site role based near East Grinstead. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
Competitive basic salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Fuel Fixer is the UK's leading fuel contamination specialist, providing emergency roadside assistance to motorists across the UK. As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for confident, motivated people to join our sales team.
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy speaking to customers, can build trust quickly, and are confident guiding conversations towards a sale. Every day is different, so you'll need to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and be able to juggle multiple enquiries at once.
Previous sales experience is important, but just as important is your attitude. If you're driven, enjoy helping people, and are motivated by earning uncapped commission, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Explaining our service and confidently converting enquiries into bookings
- Building rapport and reassuring customers during stressful situations
- Managing multiple enquiries while keeping organised and prioritising effectively
- Delivering excellent customer service from first contact through to booking
- Supporting the continued growth of the business through outstanding customer interactions
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in an inbound or outbound sales role
- A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Someone who is motivated, resilient and target-driven
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is also valued if you have strong sales ability

Hours
This is a full-time permanent position. Because we provide an emergency service, you'll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
