We are recruiting experienced Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties for temporary contract catering assignments across a variety of client sites, including corporate offices, events, educational settings, and other catering venues. While Sous Chef opportunities are available, the majority of current assignments are at Chef de Partie level.
Locations:
Corporate buildings, events, in-house catering sites, and contract catering environments.
Duties:

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Supervising and guiding kitchen teams where required

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard

Assisting with menu execution, stock control, and ordering

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation

Ensuring all sections are fully prepared, stocked, and running efficiently

Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments and teams
Contract Type:
Flexible temporary assignments with opportunities for ongoing work.
- Chef de Partie: £16–£17 per hour

Sous Chef: £18–£19 per hour (depending on client, location, and experience)
Weekly pay.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie within the UK hospitality sector

At least 1–2 years' relevant kitchen experience

Strong leadership and team-working skills

Full chef uniform required, including chef whites, own knives, and safety shoes

Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates (essential; training can be provided if required)

Excellent communication skills and a professional approach

Ability to remain calm and organised in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens

Flexible, reliable, and available for core hours of 07:00–16:30, Monday to Friday
