Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FOH (Front of House) Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including serving personnel and hosts, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table utilisation for efficient service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in training new staff members on service procedures, food safety, and hospitality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and timely delivery of orders
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area to maintain a welcoming environment
- Manage stock levels of dining supplies, including cutlery, crockery, and condiments
- Support the management team in implementing promotional activities or special events
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality setting
- Background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols
- Extensive hospitality experience with knowledge of food production processes
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, including serving techniques and customer engagement
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant workflows is desirable
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- A professional attitude with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Pay: £13.50 per hour
