We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding tutoring team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and gain valuable experience within the education sector.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Sourcing and identifying potential tutor candidates through various platforms.

Screening applications and conducting initial candidate calls.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.

Building relationships with prospective tutors and providing a positive candidate experience.
