Territory Manager - Dental Sales (Fixed Term Contract)

We are currently recruiting for a Dental Sales Specialist to join a leading organisation within the dental sector on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental sales professional to manage and grow a defined territory, working closely with dental practices to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
The Role:
As a Dental Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a small territory, building strong relationships with dental professionals and delivering against sales targets through a consultative, field-based approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing an existing territory of dental practices
- Driving sales growth through both new business and account management
- Delivering product demonstrations and training to clinicians and practice teams
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Managing pipeline, forecasting and activity through CRM systems
About You:
- Proven experience in dental sales (strongly preferred)
- Good knowledge of the dental industry and practice environment
- Experience working in a field-based role managing a territory
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of motivation, organisation and self-management
- A full UK driving licence
