Job Overview
We have an exciting new family event - BEACHFEST, launching this summer at Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre, with a range of children's rides, food and drink and live entertainment.
There are a variety of roles available
Duties
- Welcome guests and attendees with a warm, professional attitude
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are prepared and tidy
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety standards are upheld throughout the event
- Handle guest registration, ticketing, or check-in processes efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in all event spaces
Experience
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- Experience in managing guest interactions or handling customer complaints is desirable but not mandatory

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
