Commercial Insurance – Client Relationship Manager

£35,000 to £40,000 + bonus, pension, excellent holidays
We are working with a niche Insurance Services Business based in Belfast to appoint their new Client Relationship Manager who will join their commercial services division.
Reporting to and working closely with the Commercial Insurance Director you will be managing and developing a strong portfolio of commercial clients, this will include;
- Establishing yourself as a key point of contact for commercial clients, brokers etc
- Developing and building long term broker relationships
- Assessing, underwriting, and pricing risks
- Generating new business relationships and opportunities though leads, through referrals, events, and industry activity
- Arrange and manage new policy placements, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Support clients throughout the claims process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Negotiate effectively to secure and retain business
What we are looking for…
- Ideally 2 + years experience in the insurance industry, in an account handler, broker role or similar
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Confident sales and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
