Duties
- Deliver professional barbering and hairstyling services, including Any type of skinfade, Mullet, must be good using cutthroat, beard trim Shap up and styling.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on suitable styles must be good skills of English.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the Barbering industry.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for optimal performance.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and minimise wait times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist in a professional salon or barbershop environment.
- Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hair fashion.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
