About the Role
As a Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will provide home care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Your duties will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and support with nutrition
- Medication assistance
- Companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health
- Maintaining accurate records

Requirements
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in care, support work, healthcare assistant roles or domiciliary care is helpful but not essential.
