We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager who enjoys leading a small team while remaining actively involved on the sales floor. This role carries full responsibility for both team performance and overall store results. It is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, can manage day-to-day operations effectively, and supports their team to achieve their best.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for a five-person team, including an Assistant Manager, a Senior Bathroom Sales Consultant, and two Sales Consultants.
You will lead from the front, balancing team leadership with hands-on involvement in customer consultations. The role requires setting clear standards for service, sales performance, and showroom presentation while ensuring consistent commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the showroom team to achieve sales targets
- Taking ownership of high-value customer consultations and closing sales
- Coaching and developing team members to improve confidence and performance
- Managing daily showroom operations, rotas, and overall standards
- Working closely with senior management to deliver agreed commercial objectives
About You
- Proven management experience within bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or premium retail
- Confident leading a small team in a target-driven environment
- Strong personal sales background with the ability to lead by example
- Calm, professional approach with attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable, including participation in shared weekend working
Working Hours
This role involves varied working hours aligned to showroom opening times. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work a fair share of weekends as part of the management rota.
Commission & Incentives
The position offers a competitive overall package, including commission and multiple bonus schemes, paid monthly, quarterly, and annually.
