Salary-£13.77-£14.77
Bonus- £100 bonus after a successful 3-month probationary period;£250 bonus after 6 months service

Your role as a Room Leader:
Are you passionate about supporting young minds? We are looking for a level 3 Room Leader who is enthusiastic, caring and dedicated to making a difference in children's lives. As a room leader, you'll:
- Lead our balanced curriculum with child-led and adult-led activities.
- Lead and mentor staff with children meeting their next developmental steps in structured and child-led activities.
- Ensure the quality of the environment within the room that enriches the child's learning and interests.
- Completing all paperwork set in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to.
- Be a role model to the staff team.
- Build a trusting relationship with parents.

Requirements :
Level 3 in childcare qualification ( NNEB, NVQ3, EYE or equivalent)
Nursery- 2 years experience
Leadership-1 years experience
