We are looking for a detail-focused and hands-on Photobook Production Technician to join our growing production team.
This role is central to delivering high-quality, professionally finished photobooks to our customers. You will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and quality-checking photobooks to ensure they meet our exacting standards.
This is a practical, production-based role suited to someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce photobooks to a high professional standard
- Operate and maintain photobook production equipment
- Carry out trimming, binding, pressing, and finishing processes
- Perform detailed quality control checks on all orders
- Ensure colour accuracy and print quality meet company standards
- Pack finished products carefully for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient production workspace
- Monitor stock levels of materials (covers, paper, adhesives, etc.)
- Work closely with the wider production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

- Understanding of photographic printing and colour standards
- Experience working with production machinery
