*Couture Ladies tailor *
This is an on-site role for a Couture Tailor at Catherine Walker & Co., located at the Chelsea atelier. The Couture Tailor will create made-to-measure tailored garments for clients and some possible fittings.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience as a tailor for luxury/couture companies.
- Couture Tailoring skills, not soft tailoring
- Highly experienced in made-to-measure
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of couture techniques and fabrics
- Experience in garment fittings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative and fast-paced environment
- Able to work from our atelier based in Chelsea, London.
- Experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
Beneficial:
- Dressmaking and cutting skills would be a benefit
