Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Head Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment complex in Salford Quays, Manchester, M50.
As the Head Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors, while overseeing the day-to-day operation of the concierge function. You will act as the first point of contact for the development and lead by example in maintaining high standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the daily operation of the concierge desk
- Providing a professional and welcoming service to residents and visitors.
- Arranging small maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring site security, access control and visitor management.
- Reporting maintenance, health and safety, and security concerns to our head office
- Ensuring high standards of presentation throughout the development.
- Completing and recording various compliance checks
- Working closely with our head office team and Senior Property Manager to ensure a high-quality service is delivered
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a concierge, front of house environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- A professional and friendly manner.
- Experience in supervising or managing a team.
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
