Head of Property Sales
Brighton
M-F 9:00am - 5:30pm, with one evening session and 1 in 4 Saturdays (10:00am - 4:00pm)
£40,000 Basic Salary | OTE £50,000+ Uncapped Commission
Hunters' client, a fast-growing and highly regarded Property Company based in Brighton, is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and develop their residential sales function.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who thrives on winning new business, carrying out valuations, securing instructions, and leading from the front.
Sales Manager - The Role
- Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively from instruction through to completion.
- Negotiate offers and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Support and oversee the sales progression process.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and maximise market exposure.
- Participate in client presentations, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance, activity levels, and key performance indicators.
- Produce sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
Sales Manager - About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced residential property sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results and leading successful teams.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within residential property sales.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing a sales team.
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning experience.
- A commercial mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- The ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HMO sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A full UK driving licence.
