Domiciliary Care Support Worker (females only)

Do you want to make a real difference to people’s lives? Our domiciliary care service supports people who are well enough to live at home but who still need care and guidance to safely maintain their independence.
In this is a rewarding role you will:
- Assist with personal care including bathing, toileting, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
- Support with medication management and maintain accurate records
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals through meaningful activities and conversations
- Accurately record the care provided, daily observations, and any changes in an individual's condition
- Ensure individuals are treated with the utmost respect, preserving their dignity, privacy, and choice
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic well-being of the individuals we support

What you’ll bring
- Full UK driving licence and your own car
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good fluency in English
- Experience in adult health & social care (preferred but not essential)
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
- Relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
