The Role
As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for leading and managing the kitchen, including:
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Planning and developing menus
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Organising rotas and staffing requirements
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Driving efficiency while maintaining a positive working environment

- Has significant experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Is passionate about great food and hospitality
- Can confidently lead and inspire a team
- Is organised, reliable, and proactive
- Has strong stock management and kitchen administration skills
- Thrives in a busy pub environment
