Weekly Structure
- 2 Office Days based out of our Birmingham office
- 3 Field Days, with travel expected throughout UK and Ireland depending on business needs
Job Specification:
- Collaborate with Sales Team to qualify customer requirements and create technical proposals.
- Provide technical consultancy to customers pre and post sales including demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilot projects.
- Troubleshoot technical enquiries and, where necessary, lead onsite support and handover to internal teams.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships by technical approach.
- Support new business activities including customer research, outreach and qualifying leads in collaboration with sales colleagues.
- Testing difficult application with Sales Engineer and prepare client proposals, presentations and training tailored to customer needs.

· Starting Salary: £33,000 + location allowance

What We’re Looking For
· A degree in any discipline (preferably STEM based)
· A problem solver with technical know how
· Programming/Automation (Vision Experience) preferable but not essential
· Some experience in teaching/training/ public speaking
· Excellent communication skills
· A full UK driving licence
· Eligibility to work in the UK by 1st July 2026
