The Opportunity
We are seeking at least one experienced Window Installer / Glazier to join on a full-time, permanent basis, as well as additional contractors for part-time support. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of installations, repairs, and surveys across residential and commercial projects.
This is an opportunity to join a business that values craftsmanship, consistency, and long-term team development. You will also be expected to support and mentor apprentices on site.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed site surveys and accurately measure for installations

Install windows, doors, and glazing systems to a high professional standard

Diagnose and complete lock repairs and adjustments

Undertake glass repair and remediation work, including replacements

Ensure all installations are secure, weatherproof, and compliant with standards

Maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites

Provide excellent customer-facing service at all times

Support and guide apprentices during installations

Requirements

Proven experience as a window fitter, glazier, or installer

Demonstrable track record across surveys, installations, and repair work

Strong knowledge of different window systems and glazing methods

Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards

Experience with lock repair and general remediation work

Full UK driving licence

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
