Summary
We are seeking caring and dedicated individuals to join our care team as Home Care Assistant's in the Christchurch and surrounding area. Based in your local community, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain independence and comfort within their own homes. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns.
- Build trusting relationships through effective communication and empathy.
- Support clients with mobility and medication management as required.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Requirements:
- UK driving licence, with access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK- no sponsorship provided at this time
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Prior experience in home care or similar settings is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
