What will I do as a Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join the Culina Roc Team. The office administrator will play a key role supporting with the day – to – day operations of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various computer programmes, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Manage and maintain files, records and databases with accuracy and confidently.
- Update reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews for perspective candidates
- Allocate training to staff
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding
- Interview staff, alongside the manager
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks
- Coordinate communication between the Culina roc employees
- Provide support during meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes as required
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient document processing
- Strong administrative background with previous clerical experience preferred
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Full training provided

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
