As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering a range of styling services while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Duties
- Provide a variety of styling services, including haircuts, colour treatments.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice and recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty goals.
- Maintain an organised front desk area, managing appointments and client inquiries efficiently.
- Mentor junior staff members, sharing your expertise to help them develop their skills.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are clean, sanitised, and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and styling techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
- Experience in mentoring or training others within the beauty industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in specialised techniques such as eyelash extensions and makeup application is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships.
- Experience in store management or administrative duties related to salon operations is beneficial.
