Customer Service Advisor (Remote) - Start August 2026
The rewards
- Standard hours: £13.49 per hour
- Overtime: £20.23 per hour

Hours
- 37–40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday (2 weekends off per month)
- Monday–Friday shifts: 8:00am–8:00pm (8-hour shifts)
- Saturday–Sunday shifts: 8:00am–6:00pm
- Full flexibility required
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
- Logging customer notes on systems
- Troubleshooting to understand problems and providing first-level advice
- Taking call-out payments over the telephone
- Complaint handling where required
- Taking full ownership of each call and ensuring the highest levels of service
- Making customers aware of other products at the end of the call
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent IT skills — required to navigate several systems
- Strong customer service skills with empathy and good communication
- Confident and reassuring manner
- Must pass a criminal background and financial check
