Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless guest experience while overseeing daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, food preparation, and team management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front of house staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring quality beverage service.
- Conduct regular inspections of the front of house area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in food preparation and understanding of kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
