Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our busy dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a bright personality, strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food safety and kitchen management. Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
- Opening/ Closing the venue
- Supervise and motivate staff, including servers, fostering a positive team environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises in accordance with health regulations
Skills/Experience
- At least 4 years of supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with staff and customers alike
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous
- Experience serving customers in a fast-paced environment such as bars or restaurants, is desirable
