YMCA Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the YMCA Housing Service.
Job Purpose
- To work collaboratively with the Service Managers to ensure excellence in service delivery, ensuring a provision of a high quality, responsive housing support service that delivers and focuses on positive resident outcomes and satisfaction, responsive to their needs and aspirations.
- Develop and drive a positive performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability and personal responsibility.
- Contribute to a positive team culture
- To act as Deputy to the Service Manager in their absence.
