Role: Supporter
We are looking for freelance supporters who are:
- DBS checked (or willing to be)
- Flexible with working hours
- Confident drivers (happy to take clients out)
Responsibilities may include:
- Accompanying clients to appointments
- Helping with or completing food shopping
- Taking clients on outings and social visits
- Providing friendly conversation and companionship
Qualities we look for:
- Kindness and patience
- Confidence and reliability
- Easy to talk to, with good listening skills
- Experience in running a home
- Understanding of senior needs (experience not essential)
Job Details:
- Location: Poole town centre and surrounding areas
- Shifts: 2–3 hours each (flexible, can be back-to-back or split)
- Hours: 2 to 12 per week
- Pay: £12.80 per hour
- Mileage: 50p per mile (with clients in the car)
