Following significant investment and refurbishment, The Crown Hotel, Wetheral is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the Food & Beverage leadership team as a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor. You will play a key part in the growth of the business, working across food service in our award-winning restaurant, Walton’s Bar & Eatery as well as supporting with meetings and events.
Located just outside of Carlisle, we are a 4 star hotel with 61 bedrooms and here at The Crown we put our guests at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for someone to really champion guest experience across the Food & Beverage department and working closely with the Food & Beverage manager you will always strive for consistently high standards, always looking to innovate and deliver to our guests.

- Supporting your team through training and development
- Ensuring services are executed to a consistently high standard, approaching any complaints confidently and resolving them effectively.
- Act as duty manager, supporting the senior management team in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel
- Working with the Food & Beverage manager to drive guest experience and financial performance
- Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety
