We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our sales team as a New Business Developer within fuel cards and fuel services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.
Responsibilities:
· Proactively generating leads and converting them into active accounts
· Engaging in cold calling to reach out to potential customers
· Following up on new business opportunities and arranging meetings
· Conducting credit checks using internal systems
· Contacting potential customers via email, providing them with introduction letters, proposals and conducting fuel bill analysis
· Ensuring accurate input and updating of all relevant data onto our company’s bespoke system
· Generating reports that clearly indicate pipeline status
· Presenting monthly sales results to management
· Handling general administration duties
· Fulfilling any other duties as requested by management
Requirements:
· Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to create new business opportunities
· Ability to perform well under pressure
· Proficiency in IT including Microsoft Office and Outlook
· A strong drive and passion for achieving targets
· Outgoing, ambitious and enthusiastic demeanour
Other:
· Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
· £26,000 - £32,000 basic salary
· Generous Commission Strcture
· Office based in newly refurbished offices
· Must have access to your own vehicle due to the location
