THE ROLE:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bank Staff Practitioners to support our nursery team on a flexible, as-needed basis.
This role is perfect if you:

You’ll be responsible for:
Supporting children’s learning and development through play
Helping create a safe, nurturing environment
Working as part of a team to keep the day running smoothly
Supporting EYFS activities and routines
Building positive relationships with children and staff
Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and care

You are:
Reliable and flexible

Confident working with children
A team player who can adapt quickly
Ideally you:
️ Have experience in a nursery or childcare setting
️ Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
