Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking and presentation with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of daily food preparation tasks
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to meet quality standards
- Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Experience in meal preparation and serving is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine interest in cooking and continuous learning in the kitchen environment
Pay: £12.71 per hour
