This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working within the local community, and helping customers find the right solutions for their individual needs.
You'll spend your time meeting prospective customers, managing enquiries, attending networking events, and developing strong local partnerships that generate new business opportunities.
If you're currently working in recruitment, estate agency, automotive sales, retail management, hospitality, business development, field sales, or another customer-focused sales environment, this role offers the chance to combine commercial success with meaningful customer engagement.
The Role
As a Community Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the organisation within your local area.
You'll guide potential customers through the consultation process, understand their individual circumstances, and recommend the most suitable service solutions.
This role combines relationship-building, consultative selling, community networking, and business development, offering plenty of variety and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers and conduct face-to-face consultations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages
- Convert enquiries into new customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and their families
- Develop and maintain a strong presence within the local community
- Create referral opportunities through networking and relationship building
- Attend community events, exhibitions, and local networking activities
- Build relationships with local professionals, organisations, and community groups
- Manage your own pipeline of enquiries and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on all leads
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
