Are you experienced in exterior cleaning and looking for a role where you're trusted to work independently, travel to new locations, and represent a growing team with pride? STAG Commercial Cleaning Services is hiring a skilled Exterior Cleaner to join our mobile team.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for cleaning cladding, windows, and building exteriors using reach & wash systems and other professional equipment. Operating remotely with a company van, you’ll deliver high standards of work across a range of commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean external glass, cladding, and facades using reach & wash and other systems
- Work independently or as part of a small team
- Inspect your own work before handover
- Communicate effectively with site teams and clients
- Maintain company equipment and van
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures on-site
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous exterior cleaning experience is essential (Reach and wash system)
- CSCS Card: Required
- Driving Licence: Full UK manual driving licence
- Certifications: IPAF and SSSTS preferred (support provided if not held)
- Skills:
- Strong time management and communication
- Ability to travel and work at various UK locations
- Attention to detail and a professional attitude
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Important Note:
This role involves physical tasks such as handling equipment and operating a reach & wash system for extended periods. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required to meet the demands of the job safely and effectively.
Please be aware that builder’s cleans differ significantly from general cladding cleans – they can involve more detailed work, the removal of post-construction debris, and a higher level of attention to finish and presentation.
