Outdoor Activity Instructors / Senior Instructors

We are currently looking for Instructors to join our amazing Activities team and can offer career progression and an awesome working environment.
So much of the Todds Leap experience is down to our fun-loving and friendly instructors. Further to completion of our in-house training programme, your day-to-day role will include the instruction of the full range of Todds Leap activities, ensuring customers have the best experience possible. You will also be responsible for the care and maintenance of equipment and maintaining health and safety procedures.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous outdoor instructing experience, or alternatively coaching / training experience
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skills
- Enthusiastic team player
- Must like working outdoors and have a good head for heights!
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures
- Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Experience working with corporate clients, school groups and/or youth groups
- Basic First Aid Certificate
- DIY experience & maintenance skills
Competitive salary, negotiable depending upon experience.
