We are now looking for an experienced Brand Champion & Educator to join our team of field based Squares. Someone who can walk into a salon, read the room, and inspire stylists to push their craft further. Someone who is as comfortable delivering a live session through A² as they are having a one-to-one behind the chair. You will be the face of the brand in the field. The person professionals look forward to seeing.
Part educator, part rock star, fully invested in making every stylist you work with better than they were yesterday.
What you will actually be doing
You will be out in the field, working directly with salon professionals across your region. That means delivering hands-on education in salons and through our A² education platform (online and live), inspiring stylists and building their confidence with the brands in our portfolio. You will be driving range extension and new product adoption, working closely with the sales team to deliver commercially smart, education-led salon support. You are not selling products. You are helping professionals be brilliant with them.
What we need from you
You have been in the hair industry for at least five years and you know it inside out. (Qualified hairdresser)
You have a track record of developing salon professionals, not just training them but genuinely elevating their skills and their confidence.
You are a team player who thrives working towards shared goals, and you bring energy and commitment to everything you do.
You will need a full driving licence (you will spend the majority of your time out on the road across the north of England).
