Our client based in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team at this busy period.
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Location: Swavesey, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £26,100 Per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday: Week 1 - 08:00am - 16:00pm. Week 2 - 11:00am - 19:00pm.
You will be responsible for:
- Picking/Packing customer orders.
- Ensuring goods are packed properly and dispatched on time.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
An ideal candidate for the role will have:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Good time keeping and organisational skills.
- A capable mindset, being able to carry out high-intensity teamwork.
- Accurate counting abilities and a clear capability of checking different dates and lines on incoming and outgoing products.
- The ability to follow clear instructions.
- A motivated and hard-working attitude.
- The ability to work in a warehouse environment, either on your own or as part of a larger team.
