- Work strategically with the Headteacher to efficiently reach educational objectives
- Strong focus on pupil achievement, safety and wellbeing
- Consistent implementation of the school's vision and values
- Setting ambitious targets for the school
- Salary: £45,000 - £49,000
- Starting September 2026
Person specification:
- Experience working with SEND students
- Experience in a leadership position within a school environment
- Ability to be adaptable
- Emotional resilience and empathy
- QTS/QTLS or NPQH is advantageous
The school offers high-quality, therapeutic learning to pupils aged 11-16yrs, with a range of complex SEND and SEMH needs. There are currently 9 pupils in the school, benefitting from a personalised and balanced curriculum.
