A minimum of 1 years experience in a Care Home at senior level is ESSENTIAL

As a Senior Care Assistant in our Care Home, you will be instrumental in delivering compassionate support and assistance to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will utilize your skills in implementing care plans tailored to individual needs and maintain a safe environment for our residents.
Successful candidates will be required to supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants
Full Time - 35 or 36 hrs per week.
All shifts are working on a rota Monday to Sunday including weekends and Bank Holidays
A Level 3 qualification in Care is essential
All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS
