We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and tidy front of house environment, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Support baristas with drink preparation as required, ensuring quality standards are met
- Uphold food safety regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Experience working in a restaurant environment or as a barista is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial but not essential; training will be available
- Familiarity with food preparation and customer service techniques will help in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A friendly personality with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
