Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily on-site operations and workforce activities
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high service standards
- Handling administrative duties accurately and efficiently
- Managing reports, spreadsheets, and data using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning where required
- Communicating effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Skills
- Romanian speaking is essential
- Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
