My client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who wants a career in Accounts to join their friendly finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their accounting journey who is keen to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in finance.
Whether you have recently finished school or college or are studying AAT full-time, or have some office experience and are looking to move into accounts, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Assisting with supplier payments
- Supporting bank reconciliations
- Helping maintain accurate financial records
- Assisting with credit control activities
- Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks
- Learning accounting processes and systems
What we're looking for:
- Currently studying or recently completed AAT Level 2 or Level 3 or A level in Accounts or Economics
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
