We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a room leader in a room-based role within our nursery setting. The successful candidate will be involved in leading a small team and will play a crucial role in supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery in the managers absence.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily operations within the nursery room
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children
- Provide high-quality childcare and support children's development
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery practices
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and act as a role model for colleagues
Requirements
- Experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead by example
